Game Recap

With their third game in as many days Gaylord came out slow on the road against Ogemaw, but with 41 second half points and an energized team in the second half Gaylord topped Ogemaw for the second time this season with a 65-58 victory. Cordell Larose was the game’s high scorer with 26 and 13 rebounds. Larose had 20 of his points in the second half, Alex Pudvan finished with 13 points and 12 rebounds, Kyler McKenzie finished with 12 points and 6 assists, but 10 of his 12 points came in the 4th quarter. Also scoring for Gaylord was Cooper Krajniak 5, Riley Gapinski 4, Carson Gahm 3, and Ben Welch 2. “I was super proud of the way our guys responded in the second half. We came out and battled and picked up the “W”. Going 3-0 this week is a great accomplishment for our team. They didn’t make excuses, they just rolled up their sleeves and got the job done.”
